We currently do not make any automated decision making, but going forward we will be implementing KYCP (i.e. collecting information about the data subject and creating a risk rating about the customer – this can be considered to be profiling) and such decisions will be considered to be automated.
We shall however make sure that any automated decision making and profiling is done only where:necessary for the entry into or performance of a contract; orauthorised by Union or Member state law applicable to the controller; orbased on your explicit consent.
